91 prelude si tranny oil

well i was sold 3qts of AMSOIL tranny fluid for $24 but im thinking its not going to work since manual said normal motor oil. told racing related thats what the manual said but now i dont know what to do. all the sell is ams so im going to go back and see if the have amsoil oil

I say you dont worry about it and just take the fluid in there out and that will lighten it up and make you go faster.

Honda MTL all the way. I wouldnt use anything other than that in my car.

No he is talking about changing his tranny fluid from gear oil to a synthetic racing tranny fluid instead of the gear oil he isnt talking about the motor oil.

MTL = manual transmission fluid its not motor oil.
