And mine is the 16 valve the 12 valve is the SOHC Prelude S

 

ummmm yes it will it has been done plenty of times before goto hondaprelude.com and ask some of the people there that have it done or goto http://ludicrous2_0.tripod.com/vtec/index.html and see how they did it. Its not the bastard child it is actualy a descent motor when done right.
