Default Solution to my problem ( mounts)

ok T.R i have a Crx that used to have a b series swap in it so the crossmember is cut

I've read in H tuning that a solid rear motor mount will eliminate the need for that front mount. Is that true? if so from what company should i buy it from?

A solid rear mount will certainly improve it but all 3 would be ideal. My sohc only has 3 mounts because of my hydro conversion.

Hasport sells a set of stock replacement mounts that would work great, or innovative also sells mounts. they may be cheaper and you have options like steel instead of billet aluminum for cost effectiveness etc.

if you have the 3 mounts on your motor now and it moves then either you have broken mounts or the rear bracket is loose all you need is thos 3 mounts in a ef tranny/rear/upper drivers

With only three it will hold fine but the rear will tear quite fast and then youll be right where you are now. Even removing the mounts and filling them with Window Weld will solve your problem at least for now. Instant eurethane filled mounts, voila. You can try just the rear and see if it solves your problem.

Also if your engine is newer than 92 the driver side mount will have a lsight twist and if you get the stock replacement mounts from hasport they dont account for this, only for the original 88-91 engine. Innovative does have a mount for this though.

Again, im assuming your driving an EF...Which you are.
