Default It is ALIVE but now i need to fix this!!!

Alright T.R my Honda is alive and running, but there is this problem . When idling the Rpms go up and down. What could be causing that. I know on my old car it had something to do with the idle control valve but i am not sure about the honda. Any tips would b great. Also my Dash is not working except for the turning signals. No rpm, temp, mph, or fuel. I could really care less about mph but i would like to get my fuel and rpm working at least. I do have another dash here so i will check if it was a faulty dash but if not what could be causing that issues?

Thanks T.R

Here is the easy way to narrow it down. Pull off your intake and look at the opening of the T/Body. You will see 2 holes before the plate. One will be the fast idle valve (USUALLY THE LOWER ONE) the other is IAC port. Blocking off one will cause the problem to go away. If not its a intake leak.

ok yeah well i can not check that now because of my dumbass mistake that i did just now. The crx had the interior removed and i was putting it back in...well the battery is in the back and as i put the terminals back on all i get is a spark and then no Power at all. I was not paying attention and i think i connected the terminals the wrong way. Eatherway there is no power coming from anything!!! no lights no beep when the door opens nothing.

I am thinking blown fuse but i am not to sure because nothing is working at all and i mean that not even the damn clock in the car is coming on
