Default swap question...

what price range would a full H22 swap be.
i have a eg sedan with a single cam currently in it.
i got it looking nice - the paint which is within the next few weeks, and i need to know how much i need to save for a swap.

also...
would i be better off just doing another swap. my goal is around 190-210 hp for a good DD. once im done with this im going to make my s13 a track car.

all input is greatly appreciated.

H22 is 2199 plus shipping on Hmotors but I think you should go with a b-series because it is a lot easier to swap than as h22 would be.

Buy a gsr swap, some skunk2 stage 2 cams, valvetrain, and a rmf replica header and you should make some good power.

i've read up alot, i think an h22 will make the best power for the money.
but the difficulty in the swap will be my main obstacle...
ill probably end up doing a b16 or b18a cauase im broke...

Don't b16 it...do the LS and if you want more power down the road slap on a vtec head or turbo the LS. Or even do a b20 and turbo/vtec that. Either way they are better than the b16.
