Oil in the piping=blowby or bad oil seals.
The "missing" you're experiencing is commonly reffered to as "breaking up",which is simply detonation and is detrimental to your engine.
Get your car tuned or don't get on it,plain and simple.

been thru this once myself. get it tuned or dont drive it if you cant control yourself. hittin it in a turbo car witout a tune is asking for it and youll have to rebuild it very soon. blowby and seals gaskets and rings lots of money and work. or a tune.. your choice.
