well i have a set of 95 GSR rims that I will be getting new
tires for and I want to down the tire size from 15/70 to
15/60or65(posible smaller) but the last time I tryed doing
this was on my bmw and I kept blowing out tires so my
question is would this be safe the stock size was 14/70 and
I want to get the over all size of the tire about the same...and
I know there are some realy good tire guys here so let me

205/50/15...

I run those... Toyo Proxies T1-S.

Nice ride and holds well under long term high speed drives... with only 18psi in them... from Bradenton to Clearwater...

205-50-15 is a good size. Shouldnt have any problems with them on the GSRs.

Falken Azenis is good and cheap but I believe the 15s are on backorder.

Kumho Ecsta 712 is good (but not as good as the Azenis on dry but good in wet weather) and cheap also.

Both cost @ $62 a piece.

195-50-15 toyo proxy fz4s. never had a problem with then and have zero problem finding traction at anytime. plus with the amount my car is lowered 50s series would be about the only choice.
