Never too big especially when the flow is going to be limited by the intake manifold anyway. Just send your TB out.

well a ITR intake manifold will be bolted to the block shortly

70 is still too big for a stock ITR manifold but if your putting a new manifold on you can have the old one ported out to match the 70mm TB before you put it on the car.

hey art! is that engine code for the canadian version of the ex? with the vtec-e ? if it is know where i can get the ECU and wiring harness from?
