air/fuel ratio guage ?

Default air/fuel ratio guage ?

im tryin to hookup my air/fuel ratio guage and i cant figure out which wire is the signal wire on my o2 sensor

i have a 93 ex civic can anyone tell me which color wire is the signal wire

you should have a white and two blacks and another color (cant remember) its the colored one. but that gauge will do nothing but show colors lol.

on my o2 sensor i have 2 whites 1 black 1 gray

^ even if is hooked up the "right" way is still just a Christmas light that bounces around in your pillar. Doesn't tell you anything at all.

obviously it tells you something or they wouldnt make them... they do come in handy if you have forced induction and you want to make sure your not running too rich or too lean you just have to know how to read them

sorry but a real tuner would never use a narrowband sensor/christmas light that gives you no accurate reading to tune. Buy a wideband and throw that out.

+1 you will think your engine is gonna blow when you are coming to a stop and see your a/f gauge pegged red telling you its lean when its no big deal (since your ecu will lean out when off throttle) but the gauge reads at such a narrow margin that it looks as if its a big deal when its not. get the real deal if you are serious, aem makes one as well as a few other companies. a little costly but well worth it if you are making any real power gains n/a or boosted.
