If your a/f(air to fuel) ratio is really important to you.(meaning you car is turbo/high/low compression/Nitrous) Then you need to purchase a WIDEBAND o2 sensor(With gauge). If you want to learn more about widebands go here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wideband_(automotive)

Then you can use a search engine like google, and find one for your needs. You need to adjust your a/f(add or take away fuel) if your car is modded as I mentioned above. If it is, how is a light that bounces from red to green going to help you? Those things are junk, its a one size fits all type thing. So if your car is any different to the specs of the car they must have made it for it could be completely inaccurate. Meaning it could be stuck in green but you could be running lean as shit. Almost to the point of detonation.
Anyway I hope you figure out how to do what you want to do. In the end, the only thing that matters is what you want. No matter who laughs at you, or how many pointless things you put on your car. Its YOUR car.

Go with a wideband. Instead of flaming your christmas light and you I will show you the reasons.

This is a narrowband... anything on the angle is stoich everything else is either rich or lean no actual values.

Wideband... Every voltage has an actual and exact lambda or a/f value and you get a real time true value.
