Well, technically, the odds are most likely the fear of the pistol will be enough for them to leave and not try it again. If they do, however, pull a gun on you, then you absolutely have every right under FL law to defend yourself - especially on your own property. If I had to take a life to preserve mine, then hell yes that assailant is going down.

alarm is a great idea. hood pin great idea. disconnecting your locks is dumb cause the pull the window back and unlock it from the inside. but what if your remote fails. i guess the hatch is an option.

but for now here are some tips....

lock the bottom of your steering rack with a long master lock.
drill the screw heads out of the back of your ignition.
switches and lots of the. fuel, dizzy signal off ecu, 15amp fuse under hood and so on.
a shifter lock

but honestly bro for 450-500 you can wither rent a garage or storage close to your house and park there. out of sight out of mind. then ride your bike back and forth and get some exercise....

u can do all that quick release hub shift lock and cut off switches but ive hung out with a few people that steal cars and shit but they are good people just make the dumbest decisions for money .. but they have told me that they steal the cars with tow trucks they back up to it put car on the bed and off they go ... cant stop that now can ya ... there really is no way to stop them from stealing your shit unless you catch them thats really the only way or like josh said rent a space or garage for car to go thats a good idea .... i stole a car one time and was driving it to chop shop and said to myself this is bullshit. turned back around and put it back(just cant do it i dont have the heart to steal) i say if you dont got the money to get it then why want it and steal it cause when you get caught by either the person u stole it from ull probably get your ass handed to you or get caught by the cops and go to jail and get a record and fuck your life up ... its pointless but they do it ..sooo

as far as the tow thing add a tilt sensor and a gps, so the cars 2way paging thing will page you the min its lifted and the gps will help you catch up to them. then we you find them use the pistol you bought and jack their tow truck with your car on it, J/K but really you are a thief
