you can try the honda hybrid page. and basicly read any b-series swap info into a civic and you will get a general idea for the swap and what will be needed. its all about research and the hunt for the knowledge
good luck.

The 96 up wiring harness is OBD2 while the 92-95 is OBD1. You can use the 95 tranny (that tranny is hydraullic; 92 up Civic are hydraullic so itll work without any work.)
You can use the 95 wiring harness ecu and distributor or you can do a OBD2 to OBD1 conversion or vise versa. Im not exactly sure if Im correct about the wiring since Im more of a 4th gen fan but I hope it helps.

If you have the 96 ls harness it should plug in with no trouble That way you can use the dist. and injectors from the 96 engine without having to purchase new ones. I dont think that there are any wiring differences that would affect anything since your not running vtec. Just use the 95 ls ecu since your ecu knows what sensors to look for it wont mind if there are extra sensors there.

You will need the 96+harness as for the wiring you will need to make the car have dual o2 sensors(OBD2) as opposed to OBD1 but if you use the harness you will have all the clips and connectors it will be easier that way. If you did want to use the existing 92-95 cx harness you would have to remove the 92-95 harness off of the engine and put it on the new ls engine. But this is more costly and you will need buy an OBD1 distributor and a few misc things cx is a pain but do-able I am almost done with my hatch b16a1 in a 93cxhb....

Easiest way:
Use the 96 motor with the 96 engine harness and just plug it into your car harness as already mentioned. Run a 94-95 ecu. A 92-93 ecu will work also but I believe it might be a little different as far as timing/fuel maps.
