honda ? from a dsm owner

alright i have been seeing this alot an i am starting to believe there is no point to it so explain it to me please here it goes

what is the point of the ridiculous holes in the back bumper does it add hp or just "aero dynamic"

anyone care to explain

They put holes in the back bumper because it makes for easier access to there Vtec fluid reservior.

we need all the help we can get I guess.... It allows the flow of air to be constant so there is less holding the car back at high speeds
