Default DA integra DOnt feel right, need help

i need help. my boy teg feels like it dead beforethree grand. but after 4 it moves.. also feels like it going back and forth ....

its timing.. my ls did that.. check you cam timing first make sure everything is lined up right.. then check the ignition timing with a timing light and st it to were it needs to be

Take a pic of your cam gears at TDC and we will tell u if your timing is off. There is no reason for TTT when u are not even giving us enough info to help u. We cant see your problem through the internet.
