i'm trying 2 c what is the best ecu and program,chip would b the best 4 my setup the motor is a b18c head is b16 with a port flow port work jun valve trian n jun stage 3 cams so let me know what u thank would be best .

Just order a chip from phearable.net, and list your mods when you fill in his little questionaire.

The "best" program would be a program made specifically for your vehicle by an experienced honda/acura tuner on a dyno using Hondata/eCtune/Neptune.

s200 is no longer being made anymore.
S100 and s300 would be your choices, you should compare the two system's features on hondata.com to determine which system suites your needs & budget.
