is my Distributor bad ?
is both of your grounds hook up? One on valve cover other on tranny? I have seen the ground missing and cause this issue.

Damn .... thnx for your info .... I just checked both my VC and tranny's ground and both are good .... I also did disconect the clip and re-connected them and still nothing ..... now I'm just puzzled lol
I've purchased a new coil in the past that was bad!
You can check your distributor with a digital multi meter by going from the blue/yellow to blue/green, orange to white, and orange/blue to white/blue wires at your dizzy connector. your looking for i believe 340ohms to 700ohms. If you see 0 you have a short internaly. If over 700 there is an open. This would mean one of the sensors in your dizzy is bad.
However you should see a cel code for tdc, crank position, or cylinder sensor.
Just a suggestion for something else to check!
Good luck!

try a different ECU yet? check your wiring connections? check your timing belt? if the timing belt is broke then the dizzy wont turn, there for no spark....
i didnt feel like re-reading everything so if these options have been tried already please disregard.
