the rod bolts are 27ft/lbs i believe if they are the 3/8 bolt. use moly lube on all the threads ie...headtuds, rod bolts, main studs.

stock ls main bolts will not work with a girdle you need either gsr or d16 SOHC main bolts...as for tq specs i myself do 28lb on rods 38 on mains

no use your ls main caps, all you need is gsr or type r main girdle bolts to install the girdle, gsr or type r baffle pan, gsr or type r oil pan and oil pick-up, and the gsr/type r girdle dowel pins

you have to use the 234 main caps from the the girdle stock ls mains will not work with it..but no honeing is not need unless for some reason the crank does not spin freely after it is tightened down, make sure all caps are arrowed to the oil pump staring with 1 being closest to the oil pump

this is a no no. use either ARP lube, or 10w30 engine oil. ARP will have torque specs for both. different torque specs for different lube. hope this helps.
