it could be the iacv(idle air control valve) or a bad main relay or fuel pump

I highly doubt its the IACV...if you want to though (which wouldn't hurt anything) pull it off and clean it out with brake cleaner. It is held on with 2 10mm bolts. Soak it with brake cleaner, drain it out and repeat multiple times but don't let it just sit in there for very long (30 sec max) or it will eat away the rubber pieces inside.

Anyhow though, I would suggest the o2 though since you say the issue is after it warms up. The o2 sensor does not function while the car is warming up. The motor is ran off the basemap in the ECU until it reaches operating temperature. Once at full temp. the ecu then reads from the sensors (main one is the o2).

Get a new o2 and check back.
