I agree. It sounds to me like youre getting springs more for cosmetics than performance so Id just go with a set of H&R sport springs or some something similar from Eibach.

Not cosmetic Im not a huge fan of the slammed look but it currently has cut springs so if Im replacing them anyways might as well get some that will ride well and still launch.

Sorry last time with the same stupid question Other than $180 whats the difference between this speedpeople.com coilover and the GC coilover? With a coilover as you lower the car more youll get stiffer spring rates so in reality you should be able to get the desired spring rates whatever they may be out of either one correct?
Please tell me if Im wrong I dont want to buy springs twice but Im not rich by any means.

No thats not how it works.
Just because you lower the collar on the sleeve it does not mean that the spring is compressed more. You still have the same weight resting on each spring so no they will not compress more or less.
If you dont want to just go the right route the first time get yourself a set of GC coilovers or Skunk2 coilovers. I myself am going the GC route since Ill be able to customize the spring rates for autocrossing purposes.
