Default 99 accord cluster lights dont work...

My brother baught a 99 accord and the gauge cluster lights dont work and the cruise control does not work either and the ac buttons dont light up either..The guy he baught it from said that when he installed the radio they quit working after he was finished...the cluster works perfect just doesn't light up..I have not taken the cluster out to check anything yet but i checked the fuses and they're all good. Any suggestions? Thanks TR

make sure whoever installed it didn't hook the orange or orange white out of the radio to anything (those are the illumination wires, everythings different but have seen alot of stupid stuff go wrong thanks to them)

I just looked up for a L4 with ABS and the Cruise Control Unit and the Gauge Cluster Lights run through the underdash fuses 6 or 9. Id say double check those two fuses as well...or let me know if its a V6 and some more info if those are both good and well go from there!

looks like in that circuit you have fuse 13 in the passangers under dash fuse box that should be hot all the time, its a 7.5A.
In the driverside under dash fuse box fuse 6 is a 15A fuse which is 12 volt at ignition.
Fuse 9 in the drivers side also is on that circuit, its a 7.5 thats got 12 volt at ignition.
Those will be the easiest solutions. If not then it could be something more serious. let me know whats up!
