How many hours does it take to build one?

a project to go without a flaw? Its not possible and the variables with a crvtec motor is endless regarding what head what cams what pistons what crank be a little more specific. As john said try something less complex it really isnt that complex its just expensive. Screw around with a cheap d series if you can tear 2 different d series apart and swap all different parts and they run fine afterwards then try building the crvtec. All Im saying you dont want to build an expensive motor by yourself if its your first time building a motor.
