Need help removing tranny B series cable

Default Need help removing tranny B series cable

Hello i recently bought a da9 with a bad tranny and just came across a good one and was wonddering if anyone can give me a writeup or happen to know a thread with pictures or somthing.Thankyou,Grayson

its pretty simple on that i hope someone can find you what you need,just make sure you check your clutch disc first when you pull the old one to make sure it fits the new tranny b4 you try to force it in

it will match the tranny is a 91 and the clutch disc is a 91 ,Yea it seems to be a fairly simple swap i just know theres a few headaches in there and knowing about them ahead of time is nice

It pretty striaght forward, make sure you have a punch for the shift linkage 1/4 I belive or a screwdriver with the end cut off

change the rear main seal while your in there. its like $9 and well woeth not having to take the trans back off in 2 weeks.

BTW hondahookup.com has oem service manuals, which will have a step by step with torque specs and pictures.

yeah if u change the clutch might as well change the flywheel hell of a differents. yeah it not tha6t hard just remember the way it came off is the way it has to go back in

has a hole in the bottom....Well heres the issue,Time.Im moving my car tomarow into a friend of mines garage and only have 6 days to do it.Which is plenty of time unless i run into any bumps.I was told the car has a new clutch but well see when we get in there .I hope its got some life to it

Well start with removing the axles first then undo the battery and remove the start then staret undoing all the large 17mm bolts. Then undo the shifter and cable then motor mounts should be pretty good
