Default accord o2 sensor bypass or trick????

I have removed my CAT due to it being clogged on my 01 accord (f23). Now obviously my check engene light is on. is there a "trick" sensor or a way i can turn it off without taking the bulb out of my dash. I do want it to come on again if something else is wrong. i have heard of backing out the sensor a little so that not so much gas passes by it but I don't know.
any help is help!!!!!

you could drill out a spark plug anti fouler and use it to limit the action the sensor sees. may work, i do that on some cars i install hydrogen systems in and have had good luck. other option is to get an O2 emmulator to signal the ecu or put a new cat on and have no issue
