Default Z6 block, Y8 head..........

I don't have a lot of ways to search when I am at work. They have blocked almost every site..........

I have 2 Y8 head (I think) One says 97 and one says 98 stamped on the head. What are the problems with putting the Y8 head on a Z6 block? I was told it was timing, but I was thinking I will be going all aftermarket anyway to just put all Z6 part in it?

Why A6? That will bolt right to the Y8 head? I have one of them but I am going to be going OBD1 so I will have to use the Z6 or Y8 Dizzy. I am thinking I will run into a prob with the Y8 Dizzy, with it being OBD2 and all.
