I live in Sarasota and I am getting a GSR motor shipped here from NY. It will be here the beginning of next month. The motor is going into a 99 DX. I also need to know where I can get rid of the old motor once its done. I dont have room to have a motor laying around. And finally this motor is out of a totaled Integra that got the hole back of the car smashed in. So Im not to concerned about the motor being damaged but the motor has 36k on it and was in a nothern driven car. Are there any parts I should replace just for preventing later problems because it was driven in snow and such?

 

96 I could try to get it up there I would have to have a friend with a truck follow me up there with the motor.

I have use of a big garage down here to use when I get the motor to do the swap. The only problem is the guy that is going to help me is more of a VW guy and doesnt know Hondas much. I have a mount kit comeing for the swap and everything else that will be needed but isnt there some wiring that has to be done? If so would you mind driving down here and supervising the swap?
