alright i have a 1999 honda civic si...... b16a2 just basic bolt ons..... short ram, suspension, muff, headers. k so i ran a code for PCM failure/short circut, etc.... if you have a honda you have to understand what im saying........... thing is, i go to start up my car and its fine, but it wont drive over 3 grand it seems to hit a rev limit...... but i let the car warm up and turn it off then start it and its just fine to go up to red line....

anyone know the cause

also.......... does anyone know how many Electron Blue Pearl 99 civic si's were made??

I have yet to see a stock civic si engine computer fail.
You can find stock civic si engine computers for cheap.
If you feel like upgrading I would suggest trying an obd1 chipped engine computer using an obd2b to obd1 jumper harness.
