Default best turbo kit for stock engine???

what is the best bang for your buck turbo kit for the d16 SOHC vtec engine i found a Greddy one for like $17xx.xx but it doesnt come with the FMIC or external BOV. also it doesnt say about how much power it can give you. Im just wonder if anyone has this engine and has turbo'd it while it being stock? thanks for any help

btw this is the turbo kit i was talking about that i found:

The greddy kit is designed to be a bolt-on carb legel kit.
The greddy kit will limit how much power you can make due to it's small turbo, restrictive downpipe & manifold design.

You need to figure out how much power you want down the road before you consider a greddy kit.

well i thought the d16 vtec came stock with 150, now i understand cuz wear and tear on the engine it will lose power over all the miles, but i've been reading these articles and there talking about a turbo bringing it up TO 150hp. i would like to be close to 200whp or better.

The d16 does not make 150 hp to the wheels. It makes around 100-120 depending on what dyno you are on.
