vtec controller or programed ecu ???

i have a H2.2A jdm and im woundering if i should go with a vtec controller or like a spoon sports ecu or just any kind of programed ecu. im looking ofr the most horse power for the buck

get a reprogramed ecu the vtec controler is a waste of time

i thought if you have upgrades you should get something to change the computer

get like a hondata stage 2 no boost (unless you have boost) and then you will have a fully programmable ECU as well as a VTEC controller for about $375

where would i get something like that from
and is it an already programed ecu or do i have to have it sent off and programed how does it work

cool so Mr. selfdisruct you can program it if i got one will it make a diff. in power and is it worth the money

i have a full thermal exhaust with dc sports headers unorthodox pullys aem cold intake mallory ignition with hotwires
