vtec controller or programed ecu ???
You wont need a reprogramed ECU. From my experiance the gains are very minimal with just bolt ons. You dont see many real gains until you raise the compression install cams. Combine these with a nice intake manifold (skunk2 has one coming out I believe) and then start looking towards hondata or options of that sort.
ya id start with the cam gears I would be the Venoms they are 4 bolt and are the lightest on the market I can get a pair of them for like $240-250

Skunk2 Cam gears you can usually picked them up for like 180-200 and theyre 6 bolt and will do just fine. If you want to be extra pretty just get the venem. But the skunk2 are more for function than looks.
