i'm replacing my front bumper from my old 99 to new, less beat up, 99 front bumper. I thought this thing would slide right on. i'm having issue getting the bumper to push all the way back for me.

please help asap.

i have 94 fenders,
99 head lights,
99 ls front bumper

if your doing the 94 to 99 conversion you need the headlights too.

 

i have taken out the head lights to double check and make sure that its not the head lights. also the fenders are 94 fenders

 

loosen up the bolt for the blinker fluid reservoir.
