im putting my turbo back in my car i got this off a kid that owed me money i searched up and down for installation manuals need help i found one web site but there seems to be more wires than what the chart shows to hook up

Don't waste your time with that thing. That is like hooking up a gameboy to your car.
Use a real engine management solution such as a chipped factory engine computer.

its skunk2 how will this help not trying to be an ass hole also i know im asking alot but when i got this from the kid he cutt the some wires form the blue box that goes ether to the harness or to the ecu i really have no idea anyone have any clue

Sell the fields controller on ebay & have your car properly tuned.
Any tuner that even looks at your car is going to tell you to remove the unit & even charge you to do so.

okay thank you can someone on here help me with my issue im trying as we speak i have the wiring diagram now the only prob is i have some cut wires from the plug that goes into the ecu for the skunk2 boxer series (thats blue) and i have no idea if i have to splice it into the other wires or the ecu thanks
