Going .25 over for the work of doing that how much power would I get instead of going standard? Not sure if it's worth the cost.

Who makes these pistons? Who makes the rings?

Going .25 over is not for power, its to ensure you have completely true cylinder walls..... It does not cost more for the pistons/rings that are .25 over bore.

Oh okay I see I thought maybe you would have to bore out or hone the block to put .25 over size pistons in. If not I can see now that it would be better.

You will have to bore out the cylinders to 81.25mm
Do your self a huge favor. Fork out the money to buy a Helms manual for an integra (gsr & ls). Then study the engine building portion like its a bible.

i think the jdm b16 pistons will have a lot of compression in that block check this link out this is the compression calc. should help alittle, if the link doesnt work. google honda compression calculator and look for the one on honda tech

it will have a lot of compression but the amount that you will have will be streetably safe. the compression would be around 11.5-11.8. its not like the ctr pistons that would put you in the 12.5 range in a 1.8 block.
