mine never made a noise, but i guess by 3500 i hear a different whistle

 

Damn...never heard mine whistle...now you got me wanting to go driving around at 2 am aimlessly just to see if it does it lol.

 

lol! yeah, the whistle is pretty distinctive. i think it is annoying, some of you seem to like it. it has to be something sharp protruding into the airflow, inside the plenum (i cant spell if that is wrong), like one of those whistles shaped like a P. i got to thinking of how the noise is occuring after watching "how it's made" at 11 last night, lol! and i want mine to go away!

 

lol I have a 1st gen skunk on my ls/vtec and the only time mine whistles is when I put it under load at a firly low rpm. so what I do is just punch it and it goes away

 

mine whistles as well, i usually just tell ppl its my turbo spooling jkin around lol. mines louder now wiht my AEM Intake though lol.

 

what the hell...I have an aem short ram too and I swear it does not whistle at all...even drove it today and listened for it. No rpm do I here anything.
