I have a b16a in a 91 civic dx. I was driving down the road and all of a sudden the car shuts off. The fust box is buzzing and the head lights dont work and the turn signals dont go on. All the fuses are fine. Please help.. thanks

its the relays for the lights. His car will not turn on if his lights are on and it will start if they are on. Anybody have another opinion?????
