Default Acura CL -O2 Senser Help- P0141 Code

Hey guys,
It's been a looooooong time. I'm throwing the P0141-Bank1 Sensor2- code. I have a 99 Acura 2.3 CL. What I'm trying to figure out is where the "Bank1 Sensor2" is located, since my car has two. And, are there two different types of O2 sensors depending on the code being thrown or is there just one type that can be put into either spot. Does that make any sense? In other words if I was throwing a different code than P0141, would I need to buy a different type of sensor? I just don't want to buy the wrong sensor if that is even possible.
I have to get rid of my check engine light in order to pass inspection out here.
Thanks!

Yep, I got it, thanks alot! I went ahead and ordered a Bosch OE replacement that is specified as "Sensor located after catalytic converter".
