I have a 97 cx hatch. I currently have progress springs with tokico sruts. Its a nice combo but there are about four or five dead coils my back springs that like ot clank around. I live in a college town with shitty roads lots of speed bumps and steep driveways. I was thinking of raising my car a half inch to an inch. I want something stiffer also cuz I run small swaybars. I was thinking Tanabe super Hs Neuspeed SoftSports or Neuspeed Sports. Could anybody recomend any of these. I was also thinking of buying any of these springs say for a 99-00 si or a newer integra. If these companies have these springs listed as a different part number wouldnt it be safe to assume that they are the same spring with stiffer spring rates?

My thinking for the different part numbers being stiffer is that these cars are heavier thatn mine. I would also like these stiffer springs because it would lower my car less and help with sway. Any reccomendations?

I wasnt sure about coilovers. Do you lose suspension travel when you have your car on coil overs? I always thought that when you had your car only lowered an inch or so on them you werent getting as much travel as a one inch lowering spring because the springs are the coilovers are pretty short and that threded sleeve was taking up a few inches. Is this true?

I have Neuspeed Sport springs and KYB AGX 4way adjustable shocks on my Integra......I really like it....nice and stiff....but not bouncy and hard as hell. I also live in a college town (Tallahassee) where the streets are shit and theres lots of hills. I do very well with this set up. Just a suggestion.
