spoon n1 exhaust
i came home from work about 2pm and found out my exhaust had came (yay!). so i jack up the car and try to get the exhaust bolts off. too bad they are seized on
we tried liquid wrench and that didnt help. so tomorrow i have to take my car to midas to get the bolts cut off.
also my dad told me ill need a new exhaust gasket since the one i had was already crushed. is this true? ill know tomorrow when midas breaks off the old muffler.

yes you will need a new exhaust gasket you wouldnt want a nice leak to develop would you? no. next time just buy a small propane torch and heat those bolts up some and then try and break them loose this has helped me before in the past with exhaust bolts.

i dunno who put it on in the first place. i put the liquid wrench on the nuts instead of the bolt itself. later i found out the nuts were welded to the catback exhaust flange when i finally got the muffler off. good thing was i didnt have to take it to midas. and no there is no exhasut gasket on the axle back portion. btw the exhaust is a nice quiet and deep sounding tone and idling is even better.
