Default Boosted b20

Looking to find out comments on boosting b20's

i know this has been done many times. looking for comments. whats a good turbo size.
i'm thinking about going with a greddy 18g set up
660cc high impedence injectors
and supporting mods.

Stay away from a greddy 18g setup (too small of a turbo imo).
The common theory is that b20 motors can't handle boost due to weak sleeves.
The answer to that theory is that its all in the tuning

Like before mentioned, I always heard b20 sleeves were weak but then again V's EK rode the fuck out untuned so I mean luck of the draw. With anymotor its all in the tuning like John mentioned, I say BOOST IT! If it blows up o well rebuild.

This is true to an extent, at the end of the day cylinder pressure is cylinder pressure and weak sleeves can only handle so much.

ive never heard of a turbo being too small for a honda
(edit) unless you are running stupid high boost
most turbos are too large

but yes, tuning is the key

You cant make good power on Greddy kits, he would be selling himself out with that kit.

Remember, a good turbo is not one that makes crazy peak HP, a good turbo is one that gives you the most usable power and torque.

"good" is relative, you can find a good turbo at a junkyard that gets you lot of power.

you need to get a properly sized turbo first of all, then how much you spend will determine its reliability- used, rebuilt, new, ect.
