Neptune is far more reliable, updated more frequently and has much more features than Crome. Hondata S300 is a great system as well. If I were to stick with a Honda ecu I would do Neptune or Hondata S300 hands down. I've used just about every editor out there. I prefer and use both Neptune and Hondata S300

Depends. Will you be doing the tuning yourself? If so, I will point you to HRTuning . If not, the Neptune license fee is included in your tuner's rate. It is a one time license fee of $100.00

Completely depends on who does it. Shops have different rates.

Crome works, but it has issues that just are not worth dealing with anymore as there are cheap alternate solutions such as eCtune & Neptune.

Hondata, eCtune, Neptune they all do the same thing for the most part.

Highly recommended eCtune/Hondata Dealer:
