for starters it has black smoke and leaves black on ground (rich?) and 3 times already i get off interstate and get like 100 feet off ramp and puff comes out alot of white( im guessing) smoke. so i turn car off then on then off and do that a few times till gone. i check compretion and 175 across. new wires and plugs. what can it be please help. its a ls swap in crx obd0 using zc ecu and wiring harnees btw.

 

its probably got something to do with the damn ecu...and for the 200 millionth time is it throwing a check engine light?? and if not put a 90-91 ls ecu in there and see what happens...

has it always done this? or did this just start? if it just started check all yer injectors, one might be stuck open. oh and get the right ecu for that motor!!

 

no he just swaped it...the motor was fine when it was in the rite car...he got it in that car and its all weird...but he has that bufu ecu on there...

 

lol. i fixed the black smoke and idles a little high now(like 1500 rmp) instead of bouncing 300 to 500 rpm. still right after i get off the interstate all that white smoke dumps out. ill check the injectors and im still looking for ecu

 

well you need to fix your idle...its way to high your going to fuck shyt up lol...drive the car to my house and ill look at it...
