i found a gs-t turbo for sale for a good price and was wondering if it would work and be compatible with my hx and was also wondering what other neccesary procedures would involve to get it running and a round about price it would cost to get the whole thing working and if it is even worth it?

 

Yes it is compatable. You can use the greddy exhaust manifold and downpipe. and use the rest of a greddy kit on your car.

 

Im guessing its the second gen (t25) Its the size of your fist. Save your money and go for a straight T3.

so i should get a turbo off a thunderbird and how much psi will that push out and is it safe on my engine seeing as its basically stock

 

hey that wouldnt happen to be the same turbo frizank bought for the GSR is it ? cause i thought both of you were trying to buy that same mitsubishi turbo earlier.....but anways id save your money for a motor-swap man...save the time and hassle of collecting used turbo parts from different cars....swaps are as common as lightning stikes in tampa and theyre more reliable than turboing that stock HX bro...my 0.2 cents...peace.

 

yeah it will fit the greddy manifold just fine the greddy kit uses a t28 and the t25 will bolt up to that manifold without a problem but like somebody already said go with a swap instead of a turbo on a turd motor as they say once a turd always a turd.
