just wondering what it will do being that ive heard some ppl have had it done.

Cut/heated springs...not so much. They'll ruin, not enhance handling characteristics. You also run the risk of potentially setting your car on fire if you get too trigger happy with the torch.

Lowering springs ftw.

those seem cheap...is a 1.3" drop on a teg suffice

very bad idea. every heated set of springs I've seen, never sit even. it ends up looking and riding like shit. thats if you don't set your car on fire while doing it. lowering springs are so damn cheap now days, theres just no reason not to get them. even look on tr for em. people sell them all the time, for cheap too.
