heating my stock springs on 96 teg
so if i cut them what point of the spring should they be cut at and how much drop will it give. also will the alignment be messed up

dont be a gay ass ricer you shouldnt even be thinking of stupid shit like that...if your going to do something do it the right way..being lazy will cause you to Fu?k up your stuff then have to replace it later.. ebay lowering springs are cheap..

I would suggest if money is an issue but you want the car lowered, Just stick with A Lowering Spring.
Ebay, Non-brand Name, Brand Name... Any of those are better then Cheap Coilovers.

You can cut them and it wont ride that bad, not much different then stock. Heating them makes the car really bouncy. Cut springs will ride better then cheap coilovers. Three coils in the front two coils in the back.
