Anybody have a clue as to the problem???

Here are the symptoms:

Cars battery is good(checked & doublechecked);

Fuel pump working fine as well as injectors;

turn the key all the lights come on and engine does not even turn or click or anything.

Is there a bad solenoid?? Starter??

Starter does not wind at all in a ford I had the starter soenoid went out and it did this but would click the accord does not. Any clues???
