does anyone make these for the eg hatchback? or does anyone know if they can be homemade? i want ones that actually look like ti 99-00 lights, with the white on the bottom.

i think the reason the tails for the EG are vise versa is because of the brake bulbs on the 99-00 SI are different. i'm not sure if i explained it right but i hope u understand

 

you can sand all the red off but its a pain in the ass then they would be all clear then you can just get the red paint from the hobby shop and put the red on the... (the paint is the same paint that all the tegs have on there brights when people color them...im sure you have seen the yellow teg lights running around...)

 

in what way? other than the lights being in differant positions. do they take differant bulbs? curious because i wanna do this

no i ment 1'ns as in ones n1's doesnt make much sense does it?? and they had a few pairs on here a while back but other than that google is your friend...

 

i dunno it was my first thought.... anyway i have typed all kindsa things in google and ebay and other sites...i havnt found any that are all clear. i found one set with part of the bottom white but they still had red on the bottom outside corners and they didnt make em for the hatch.

 

damn... well i know they make them my boy had some along with a few people at ccc and i have seen a few pairs on here about a year ago...i'll ask around...

 

you will have an issue with the placing of the bulbs. The brake bulbs will not fit on to the other sockets and vise versa. so when you brake, it will be clean and your reverse and blinkers will be red. You could modify the fittings to be able to swap the bulbs. DO NOT cut the wires and try to keep the housings in the same place. The housings are meant for different bulbs in the break and blinkers/reverse
