yes it works. you will have to get a fpr because of the different fp at idel will make them run sour if not adjusted.

 

the idle will oly be bad if you dont get a fpr.i have not sceen b series injector on a d series yet so i really can not tell you if you even need to adjust the fp. but my fiend with d series in a ls motor ran low fuel ressure at idel. so just get the gadge (FP) and injectors and try it out. also what year are the b-series injectors from .
