SOHCs running a dry 50-65 shot?

Anybody running a SOHC D16Z or other mill with a dry shot of 50-65 have any detonation (or other) problems with moderate usage maybe spraying a couple of times per week?

i know some guys who did it...kinda ghetto rigged though (from
tryin to hide it)...but htey had problems with there motors
im sure if you do it right and use it moderately it will be ok..i
was thinkin the same ...d1
