I was wondering if you could use itr head internals such as valves valve springs retainers etc. And would this be worth it?

b16a or ctr pistons would run alot better in an ls than itrs would. You cant use the valve springs or the valves for sure and I doubt the retainers.

You can use the valves with modifications to the head . Just like the pistons they do not bolt right up to the pistons but they can be used.

the ls rods dont fit the slugs without the rod being milled 1mm on each side.

Thats what I am trying to tell you all. Some ITR parts such as pistons and valves can be used in the B18B motor but do require some modifications.
