Default integra a/c question

ill turn my shit on full blast, doesnt blow cold at all, put it at low and itll start blowing nicely cold.....then sometimes 10-15 mins a white odorless smoke starts coming out of the vents, and if i feel the air, its not cold at all....i looked on google and found this, but my shit isnt cold enough to cause condensation (another thing i dont understand when the freeon was checked and recharged a month ago)..the dude told me the condensor might be going soon could that be a reason why my shit isnt that cold?

you need a set of gauges to see what pressure you have on the high and low side and a temp sensor to check inlet and outlet temp of your condensor . then you can determine what is faulty and repair

and a month ago when i went the dude at the a/c place told me it had a clog or something and it was low on free-on...he refilled it and it was fine. now its starting to be gay again and he checked it for leaks and everything was good, just that the condensor might be going soon

If I were you, I would take the $300 and switch it over to r-134a. I don't care what other people say about it not being as cold because it is, it just takes a minute or two longer to get as cold. What you will need is a complete seal kit, the fittings, a vacuum pump, a flush gun w/flush or a can of flush, the right wrenches, a set of gauges, PAG 46 oil (only if you are planning to reuse the old compressor and if you are, you want to completely drain out the old oil in it!) A NEW DRIER, maybe a new compressor, DUPONT R-134a WITH DIE (One can with die and one without but both should be the Dupont Suva!) and some time. I highly doubt you have any evaporator or condenser problems because the only time they go bad is when they leak, ! Anyways, like I said, I just recently did mine and replaced both the drier and the comressor (rebuilt compressor) and my shit blows 45 when it's 90 out but like I said, it takes a minute to get there because of the whole chemical makeup of r-134a/suva. This is the site I referred to prior to doing mine, CRX Resource - DIY Cold AC with R-134a on a 1988-1991 Civic/CRX. . It will tell you a whole lot (but it will not tell you how to flush your A/C system!) and if you follow those steps, your shit will be blowing cold in about 5 or 6 hours from the start of the tear-down. Better yet, almost all of the items you need, as far as equipment is concerned, are rentable at your local Autozone. Now, as far as the flush, you just spray it in any line BUT DO NOT SPRAY IT IN THE COMPRESSOR, let it sit, then blow it out with an air compressor and that should clear out any clog and clean the lines! Good luck and remember that if you go through all of this trouble, DO NOT PUT MORE THAN THE RECOMMENDED AMOUNT OF OIL IN THE SYSTEM, PERIOD!!! - Nick

I wouldnt just dump another can of refrigerant into the system....over-pressurization probably wont be a fun thing to deal with.

the high side too high could be blockage or a faulty expansion valve. you should repair before filling rather than waiting for the system to quit altogether

i dunno wat else to do...the "acura certified" mechanic checked it and said it was fine, it had a clog or something, and that the condensor was about to go bad...the high side was having problems staying even and it would drop and go back up, it was low on freeon, so he refilled it and it was nice and cold....a month later its starting to get warm again and white smoke is coming out when its not even that cold...and after about 20 mins it blows from a little cold to not cold at all....and even when its not cold at all white air is still coming in through the vents
