Default How Can I Convert A 3 Pin Iavc Plug To A 2 Pin?

I have a 96+ Civic EX (y8 engine) I'm going to put on a 92-95 EX (z6) intake manifold I need to switch the 3 pin plug to a 2 pin because the IAVC is for a 2 pin not a 3 pin. Thanks in advance for all the help TR...

do you have the 2 pin plug? well if you dont, you're gonna need it. its a round style 2 pin plug with a green/black wire and a all black wire i believe.

first, you're gonna need to remove the orange wire from the 3 pin iacv plug. tape it up, you're no longer gonna use it. next splice the yellow/black wire from the 3 pin iacv plug to the green/black wire of the 2 pin connector. then splice the black/blue wire from the 3 pin iacv to the black wire of the 2 pin iacv. should be all done with this to tape it up and make it look pretty.

Next your gonna need to get to your ecu. you're gonna need to remove the a-plug out of the ecu, should be biggest plug all the way to the left. then you need to unpin #a-14 and move it to #a-12. then remove #a-13 and tape it up. should be good to go from here.

heres a pic of the ecu plug
